Holy hell! I’ve never seen anything like this before! Apparently this guy has a hardcore case of HPV, and instead of warts he essentially grew roots out of his face, hands, and feet! Tree man is such a great name for him – it literally looks like roots and wood.
Yikes! Luckily, he is getting treatment now and they are hoping to get him mostly back to normal.
